Thank You Cappuccino Cupcakes March 2012



I made these as a Thank You to my husband's work friends;  they were real good.  They had Espresso liquor in the frosting.  The batter didn't taste enough like coffee so I added a couple of tablespoons of instant coffee along with the brewed coffee already in the recipe.  This recipe is definitely going to made again.
