Thank You Cappuccino Cupcakes March 2012

I made these as a Thank You to my husband's work friends;  they were real good.  They had Espresso liquor in the frosting.  The batter didn't taste enough like coffee so I added a couple of tablespoons of instant coffee along with the brewed coffee already in the recipe.  This recipe is definitely going to made again.





Easter 2012

These are the White Chocolate Macadamia Nut cupcakes I made for Easter.  The white cake recipe I used turned out to be a little dry and the White Chocolate frosting was not quite chocolaty enough for me.  All in all an okay snack.
